5 SINCE 1992, THE BRANCH OFFICE IN ERFURT HAS PLAYED AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN THE ISGUS GROUP AND HAS BECOME INDISPENSABLE FOR THE APPROXIMATELY 1,000 WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT CUSTOMERS IN THE REGION OF THURINGIA, SAXONY AND SAXONY-ANHALT WHO ARE SERVED FROM ERFURT. Before reunification, VEB ROBOTRON had already been involved in electronic time recording, which led to the first contacts with ISGUS GmbH. After reunification, the Robotron team became a unit of “Büro- und Datentechnik Vertriebs GmbH Erfurt“ until ISGUS GmbH finally took over the entire team in 1992 and founded the branch in Erfurt known as ISGUS Sales and Support Centre East. Looking back on 32 years of operation, the branch office in Erfurt is very well established in the state capital of Thuringia. This achievement is based first and foremost on the commitment and passion of each and every one of our employees. In the meantime, our team in Erfurt has rejuvenated considerably. The young sales and support team is full of energy and drive to acquire new customers on the one hand, and to support and migrate existing customers to our state-of-the-art ZEUS® Workforce Management solution on the other hand. A major issue is the consolidation of numerous stand-alone systems which is being driven forward for major customers in the public sector in order to create centralised solutions for complex public authority structures. The Erfurt sales and support team boasts the fact that everyone, regardless of individual positions, is prepared to take on responsibility. The search for new challenges and developing tailor-made customer solutions is a top priority. And even beyond its own sales area, the Erfurt team of currently 12 highly experienced collaborators is prepared to support or even completely implement projects at other locations, particularly around Hanover or Berlin.
